Managing educational institutions: School heads’ leadership practices and teachers’ performance

School heads are agents of change who contribute a major impression on the educational milieu through their information-sharing methods, creating supportive social connections, participating in mentoring programs, and fostering progress. Hence, this study ascertained interrelation between public school head’s leadership practices teachers’ performance. As correlation research, simple random sampling was used to calculate sample size for teachers, while total enumeration heads. A structured questionnaire developed gather necessary information that reinforced theme analysis. Weighted mean ascertain level teacher T-test, F-test, post-hoc test, Pearson <em>r</em> were employed establish degree association among variables. This concluded variation experienced by teachers is absolutely vital, confirming reactions fundamentally better. Teachers' performance consistent irrespective age, achievement, or significant contributions. In terms teaching status number years experience, head have improved efficiency than master teachers. Teachers with shorter relevant experience showed poorer quality relative those spent more time system. obtained doctorate degrees get greater holders master's degrees. The very productive stays same, regardless whether exhibit high authentic leadership.
